Terms of service

Use Shopify’s generated Terms of Service as the main policy, then add this wording to it:

Digital Product License

Unless a product page states otherwise, one purchase permits the purchaser and the purchaser’s own business to use the purchased forms and resources. The purchaser may print additional working copies for that use.

The purchaser may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, repackage, or give away the digital files or blank forms. Completed records created using the forms remain the purchaser’s business records and may be shared as needed for normal business, customer, insurance, inspection, or legal purposes.

All digital-product content remains the intellectual property of Cross P Enterprises LLC unless otherwise stated.

Product and Safety Disclaimer

Cross P Enterprises LLC provides shop resources, forms, checklists, reference materials, and related digital products as general informational and recordkeeping aids.

These products do not replace applicable laws and regulations, manufacturer instructions, certified inspections, proper training, licensing, or qualified professional judgment.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their equipment, operation, location, and legal requirements. Do not operate equipment with a condition that may be unsafe.
