Shipping policy

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

After payment is completed, the customer will receive access to the purchased file through the delivery method shown at checkout or in the order email. Delivery is normally available shortly after payment is approved, but payment processing, fraud review, technical problems, or an incorrect email address may cause a delay.

If a download link does not arrive or does not work, contact crosspenterprises@gmail.com and include the order number and email address used for the order.
