Refund policy

Because our digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, digital-product purchases are generally non-refundable after the file or access link has been delivered.

Please review the product description and included contents before purchasing. If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your purchase, receive a damaged or incomplete file, or are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact Cross P Enterprises LLC at crosspenterprises@gmail.com. We will work to correct the problem and may provide a replacement file or refund when appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
